The Site and all its content are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code (copyright, articles L.111-1 et seq.; database rights, articles L.341-1 et seq.) and belong exclusively to Aurélia Vallée (Aurélia Studio), unless stated otherwise.
This includes: texts and treatment descriptions; photographs, including photos of work and before / after pictures; the video; the name "Aurélia Studio", the logo and the lash fairy illustration; the visual identity (colours, typefaces, layout, icons, decorative elements and animations); the structure and sequence of pages; the PDF sheets; and the source code.
Any reproduction, display, adaptation, translation, modification, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium (websites, social networks, Instagram, TikTok, ads, print…), is strictly prohibited without Aurélia Vallée's prior written permission. This includes copying or screenshotting photos of work to present them as one's own, reusing texts even when closely reworded, imitating the logo, visual identity or presentation of the Site in a way likely to cause confusion, and scraping or automated collection of content, including to train artificial intelligence systems.
Any unauthorised use is an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code by up to three years' imprisonment and a €300,000 fine, in addition to damages. Imitating the Site or Aurélia Studio's image may also constitute unfair competition or parasitism (article 1240 of the French Civil Code). Aurélia Studio reserves the right to take any civil or criminal action, without prior notice, and to request the immediate removal of infringing content from the platforms hosting it.
Photos and videos of work are signed "Aurélia Studio"; removing, hiding or cropping out this signature is a further infringement. Photos showing clients are published with their consent; reusing them also infringes their image rights.

A simple link to the home page is allowed if it opens the Site in a new window and does not harm Aurélia Studio's image. Deep links, framing or embedding the Site's content elsewhere require written permission.

Descriptions and photos are for guidance only: results depend on each person, and photos are not contractual. The total shown in "My request" is an estimate; the price applied is the one in force on the day of the appointment. Aurélia Studio cannot guarantee that the Site is free of errors or interruptions.
